TERMS &
CONDITIONS
Last updated: 11 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of the AI Crucible website and any enrolment in a NEURON programme cohort. By joining the waitlist, enrolling, or using the Prompt Lab, you agree to these Terms.
1. WHO WE ARE
AI Crucible is an educational programme based in Sri Lanka. The Terms below refer to AI Crucible as "we", "us", or "AI Crucible", and to you as "you" or "the participant".
2. THE NEURON PROGRAMME
NEURON is a four-level structured AI fluency programme: SIGNAL, SYNAPSE, CIRCUIT, and CORTEX. Each level runs as a cohort with a fixed schedule of live sessions. Sessions are conducted online via video; joining details are communicated to enrolled participants.
NEURON teaches the use of one text-based AI tool (Claude, by Anthropic) for reasoning, writing, planning, decision-making, and — at CIRCUIT and CORTEX — building no-code tools and shaping team-level AI strategy. NEURON does not teach image generation, video generation, audio generation, writing code from scratch, training your own AI models, or other chat tools.
3. ENROLMENT
- Enrolment is per-participant and non-transferable. You may not let another person attend a session in your place.
- Cohorts have a fixed seat count. We reserve the right to close enrolment when a cohort is full.
- If a cohort fails to reach minimum enrolment, we will either consolidate it with another cohort (with your consent) or cancel it and issue a full refund (see Refund Policy).
- You must provide accurate personal information at enrolment. Identification is required at the first session for certificate purposes.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
- Current pricing is shown on our website. We may change pricing for future cohorts; the price you pay is the price published at the moment you enrol.
- Online card payments are processed by PayHere. Your card details are entered on PayHere's hosted page; AI Crucible never receives or stores your card number, CVV, or expiry.
- Some levels are available in two-instalment payment plans. The first instalment is due at enrolment; the second is due before Session 3. Failure to pay the second instalment on time may result in removal from the cohort without refund of the first instalment.
- Cash payments are accepted at our venue by prior arrangement. A receipt will be issued.
- All prices are quoted in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR). Currency conversion fees, if any, are your responsibility.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
6. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
In a cohort setting, we expect:
- Respect for fellow participants, instructors, and venue staff. Harassment of any kind results in immediate removal without refund.
- No recording, screen-capture, or live-streaming of sessions. Course materials are shared with you for your personal use only.
- No redistribution of NEURON handbooks, lesson plans, or capstone materials.
- Honest use of the Prompt Lab. It's a learning tool for the session — for sharpening your prompts, not for unrelated personal tasks during class time.
We may remove a participant who breaches these expectations. Refunds in such cases follow the Refund Policy and are limited to the unused portion of the cohort.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
- All NEURON course materials, lesson plans, slides, handbooks, prompt templates, and capstone briefs are the property of AI Crucible. You may use them for personal study and reference. You may not redistribute, resell, or use them to train competing programmes.
- Work you produce during the programme — drafts, capstones, artifacts — belongs to you. You may publish it, share it, or build on it commercially without our involvement.
- AI Crucible may, with your written consent, feature anonymised or named excerpts of participant work in marketing or promotional material. We will always ask first, and you may decline.
8. AI OUTPUT — IMPORTANT
Claude is an AI model. It can be wrong. It can be confidently wrong. The pedagogy of NEURON specifically trains you to spot hallucinations, verify facts, and treat AI output as a draft for human judgement — not as authoritative advice.
AI Crucible does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for purpose of anything Claude says during a session. Output is provided as is. You are responsible for any consequence of acting on AI output, especially in legal, medical, financial, safety-related, or other regulated contexts.
9. CERTIFICATES
Each level concludes with a Demo Day capstone. Completing the capstone and meeting the attendance threshold (typically at least four of six or six of eight sessions, level-dependent) earns a certificate. Certificates are issued electronically with a verification link. We may decline to issue a certificate if the capstone is not submitted, attendance is insufficient, or these Terms have been materially breached.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, AI Crucible's total liability arising from your enrolment is limited to the fees you paid for the cohort in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or reputational harm.
11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material — affecting price, refund rules, conduct expectations, or your data — we will email active enrollees and update the "last updated" date on this page before the change takes effect.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
